boot my computer I am getting the following popup window, The application failed to initialize (0X0000135). Click OK to terminate application. It is isuspm exe error located in a window labled DSCA EXE. APPLICATION. What is it? And, how can I fix it. That I know of...) The error message is as follows.dsca.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging ServicesApplication has generated an exception that could not be handledProcess id=0x9c8 (2504), Thread id-0x9d4 (2516).Click ok to terminate the app.click cancel to debug the app.And then when I click cancel to debug, I get a new error message.
