Happens any time during the sync, from the "Identifying User" stage to "Backing up Databases". Have not had a complete successful sync yet - but as long as it gets to the Backup stage at least my PIM data gets synced. Think if I go to 3COM they'll tell me that since I have the TRG board it's not their problem. Since all worked fine with Win95 I'm pretty sure it's a Win98 thing (sorriest upgrade I ever did, but the company forced it on me). Any ideas/similar experiences and solutions?
