Solution Complete these steps in the order presented to resolve the problem. All these steps might not be necessary to resolve the issue. Step one: Clear any paper jam Follow these instructions to check for and remove any paper jammed in the product. Clear the jam from the back of the product Press the Power button () to turn on the product. Push the button on either side of the rear access panel or the duplexer, and then remove the panel or unit. Figure : Remove the rear access panel or the duplexer Find any jammed paper inside the product, grasp it and then pull it out towards you. Press the latches on the duplexer inward to remove its cover. Figure : Remove duplexer
