What is recommended when an add on throws this error is to contact the developer: https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2012/.../what-does-cant-access-dead-object-mean/ If there are no add ons, try a new profile to see if there is a minor corruption: Use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles Read this answer in context 1 Question tools Get email updates when anybody replies. when a solution is found. Anyone having this issue should just disable the add-on. Maybe this will be fixed with a future update. Chosen solution The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences. To Reset Firefox do the following: Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information. Click the "Reset Firefox" button. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied. Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article. Did this fix your problems?
