The issue occurs with a 1-2-3 object meeting the following conditions: - The object was created using the LotusScript CreateObject method (of the NotesUIWorkspace class). - The object was presented full screen. - The spreadsheet was closed while a cell entry was not completed (was left in the Edit state). Also, the errors are more widely observed in databases based on the Lotus SmartSuite Library template. For example, the following steps recreate the issue with this design: 1. Switch to the All Documents view. 2. Click the action "New Lotus SmartSuite Document" and select the choice "1-2-3 Workbook". 3. Type the text "Test" in the cell A1, but do not hit the Enter key or select another cell. 4. From the 1-2-3 menu, select File -> Close. Note: The issue will also occur if you click the "Save & Close" action. 5. Select Yes when prompted to save the document, and enter a title when prompted to do so. 6. Open the document from the view; the first error occurs twice. 7. In the open document, double-click the 1-2-3 object. The first error occurs twice followed by the second error. Answer This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# DHAN5WQ2JA. There are currently no plans to address it. Workaround: To avoid the errors in the future, be sure to finish any edits to the spreadsheet cells by pressing Enter or selecting another cell before closing the spreadsheet. There is currently no way to repair existing 1-2-3 objects in this state. The current object must be deleted and recreated. In the SmartSuite library database, you can do this by following these steps: 1. Open the Notes document and click OK as the errors appear. 2. Highlight the 1-2-3 object and delete it. 3. Save and close the Notes document. 4. Re-open the Notes document and recreate the spreadsheet contents.
