up to date with Windows updates, including the latest version of the Microsoft .NET Framework, can resolve a number of issues causing crashes or other problems. 1. Go to Control Panel. 2. Click Windows Update. 3. Click Check for Updates and install recommended updates. Antivirus Software - Some antivirus software such as Panda Antivirus can interfere with Magic Online's install process. You may need to temporarily disable that software or exclude Magic Online from mtgo won't install it. Password Management Programs - If you are using a password management program, check your application settings to make sure that it is not automatically attaching to Windows applications. Programs like these can cause serious performance issues with the client. Clean Reinstall - For all other issues, follow the steps below to uninstall Magic Online and perform a clean install. Contact Game Support - If after reinstalling the client you still experience the issue, contact customer support. Clean Installation (Reinstalling): These steps should resolve a wide range of issues including (but not limited to) a bad installation, improperly cached files, or corrupted files. It is important that you follow these steps in order (including restarting your computer) to make sure the cache clearing happens and that the new installation is completely fresh. Uninstall Magic Online Press Windows key + R or go to Start -> Run (or Search -> Run, then Click Run in Windows 8) In the box type: control appwiz.cpl Click “OK” This will pull up a list of installed programs. Scroll down to the “M”s and you should see one or more programs that start with “Magic the Gathering Online”. It should look similar to this: Right click the “Magic the Gathering Online” version and then select “Uninstall/Change” and follow the prompts. Repeat this process until all of the Magic Online programs have been uninstalled.

May 2014 Posts 1 uplay has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down. Trying to play watchdogs and i get this message. I am very unhappy as i paid good https://wizards.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2269 money for the game and i havet been able to play it since it came out. This is ridiculous. I would have thought you would have planned for such a massive demand to play the game. the error message i get when trying to open uplay is: uplay has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down. Crash dump created at "C:/Program Files http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/884064-uplay-has-detected-an-unrecoverable-error-and-must-shut-down-Forums (x86)/Ubisoft Game Launcher/ crashes I can login but nothing happens after i enter the text in the fields and i am 100% sure they are correct. Hi, I'm having the exact same problem to you and I'm sure others are too, i have tried quite a lot of things, uninstalling and reinstalling, running it in Administrator mode... This is getting increasingly annoying, I've sent a 'question' to the Ubisoft support regarding the error but i don't think i have had a reply. I've tried installing other games on uplay too? It comes up with the exact same error as before, I'm not sure if its just something to do with Watch Dogs or just the whole uplay programme not being able to let you install games, i can log into uplay fine in the morning but not when their is loads of people trying to get on, the real problem i
