Contact Game Support - If after reinstalling the client you still experience the issue, contact customer support. Clean Installation (Reinstalling): These steps should resolve a wide range of issues including (but not limited to) a bad installation, improperly cached files, or corrupted files. It is important that you follow these steps in order (including restarting your computer) to make sure the cache clearing happens and that the new installation is completely fresh. A fix was really hard to come by so I thought I would share it here. Once opened, find (ctrl+F) the term 'reducemouselag' and it will read reducemouselag=true, change true to false. Save the file, then try launching the game again. If it doesn't let you save, just select 'save as' and save it to the Desktop and copy/paste it in to the folder.
