I found this problem out right away and we did the same thing with the /3G switch and everything and found out that this works the best. The problem is low memory error Autocad is not release the memory correctly especially when swithching to different viewports, the memory keeps climbing until it get's to a certain point and eventually you Autocad will fatal error." Hope this helps anyone who is having a similar problem THAT WAS IT! I wasn't able to batch plot anything over 4 drawings. Made the change and voila I can batch 24 drawing sets Thanks! George V.
