Ms Project 2007 Memory Error

He said he could use it with no error 2 weeks back. Suddenly he got this error. Is this caused by some windows updates? I asked him to install all SPs, and clean .box and .exd files, but still does not help. Does anyone know what happened, and how to fix? I found some useful threads online about the out of memory error for Excel or Word, but not any for Project. Thank you. Our schedule won't print more than once at a time. If we do a print preview, it won't print at all. The message, "There is not enough memory to complete the operation. To free up available memory, close programs, projects, or windows you aren't using, and then try again." I can close all but Project, and it still won't print. The only thing that works is to close Project, reopen it, then open the project without previewing it. It prints fine, but cross your fingers. If it is two pages wide, you won't know until you waste a ream of paper.
