is: "Advanced blocking in effect.". If this is a false positive, meaning that your access to your own site has been limited https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/kb/2863707 incorrectly, then you will need to regain access to your site, go to the Wordfence "options" page, go to the section for Rate Limiting Rules and disable the rule that caused you to be blocked. For example, if you were blocked because it was detected http://www.avantixlearning.ca/microsoft-project/send-microsoft-project-data-to-excel-with-visual-reports-training/ that you are a fake Google crawler, then disable the rule that blocks fake google crawlers. Or if you were blocked because you were accessing your site too quickly, then increase the number of accesses allowed per minute. If you're still having trouble, then simply disable the Wordfence firewall and you will still benefit from the other security features that Wordfence provides. If you are a site administrator and have been accidentally locked out, please enter your email in the box below and click "Send". If the email address you enter belongs to a known site administrator or someone set to receive Wordfence alerts, we will send you an email to help you regain access. Please read this FAQ entry if this does not work. This response was generated by Wordfence.

I have changed the security settings in both MSP and Excel to allow macros (of courser now it is not out of the box…), enabled everything that can be enabled in the Trust Centre for each, and still get a message: "Excel is busy. This may be because Excel is currently waiting for user input. Switch to Excel to solve the problem then try ms project 2010 again." It does not make a difference if Excel is open or not, or if other files are open or closed." I do not have this problem in 2007. 06/07/2012 at 10:16 am #6853 Reply CommunityKeymaster Hi Darya Are you using Server? I'm having similar problems (see my post from June 6th, 2012) and can't find any help of suggestions that work on any of the forums I've posted this issue to. My work-around is to copy/paste the information from project into excel and create my own pivot tables & charts. Not what you'd want to hear for sure, but at least you'll get a report out of it! 06/13/2012 at 11:24 pm #6862 Reply CommunityKeymaster No it has not been resolved, and I am not using Server, although I have the professional version. I think it is an out-of-the-box error that Microsoft should fix. I have changed all sorts of security and macro settings thinking that might be the source of the problem, with no luck. Copying & pasting is not a solution - too time-consuming. Instead, my workaround is to upload Microsoft 2003 back on to my computer as that is the last version that generated good earned value data and curves in Excel (Analysis toolbar). I instruct scheduling and Microsoft Project and I am telling users not to bother with Microsoft Project if they want to use earned value. Yes, I am terrib
