My problem is trying to get the computer to recognize the reader. Edit: this is because years ago, I disabled the serial port in my BIOS in order to get better performance (I wasn't using it at the time). The problem is fixed now.This message has been edited. I mostly see the serial and pc card readers. Those all seem to be older SCM models and the drivers are available through their "Legacy" support.For general card use you probably need Netsign. I think this was the source of much of my problems with PureEdge. I had version 4.2
