Solved IBM x3630 NMI uncorrectable bus error - system reboots Posted on 2013-07-15 Server Hardware Components 1 Verified Solution 6 Comments 3,316 Views Last Modified: 2015-05-04 I have several systems (all ordered at the http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/systemx/documentation/topic/com.ibm.sysx.7944.doc/r_imm_error_messages.html same time) that are experiencing odd (and random) behavior. They will just suddenly reboot. Checking online, the only issues I can see that result in this consistently are basically loose PCI cards (and IBM's solution is to send a box of rubber bump-stops and such). I've reseated everything and everything is tight...I'm confident that is not the issue here. UEFI has been updated already. Any ideas what else might cause this? The Vendor ID for the device is 8086 and the Device ID is 1D3E.Any idea what might be the problem?ThanksRichard 1159Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. Show 3 replies 1.
