Group: General Forum Members Last Login: Tuesday, July 12, 2005 12:55 PM Points: 2, Visits: 1 ADB.Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL ServerOpen DatabaseReturn code -245755[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(Connect()).]Specified SQL server not found.I dbnetlib connectionopen (connect()). sql server does not exist or access denied. 2012 get this error whenever trying to open the Juris client application (I work in a law firm). This error ONLY occurs on *1* single machine no matter who you try to log in as, everyone else's works.I BELIEVE this program used to work, until my co-worker installed something, but I could be wrong. And she doesnt remember what it was that error 27502 could not connect to microsoft sql server she had done at the time it had stopped working.Any ideas on what broke? We tried re-installing the program and replacing the .dlls from another computer (also using Win 2k), as well as trying a registry 'fix' we had found on the net. Nothing worked. After scanning for viruses and installing all Windows updates, I don't know what else to do. I'm not (BY FAR) an SQL expert...Please help! Thanks.~Kelly Post #198387 K. Brian KelleyK.
