Can you post relevant code and try that code in SSMS https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/81f41e84-e762-4c07-b8a8-24b76e1694ca/msg-911-level-16-state-1-line-1-database-databasename-does-not-exist-make-sure-that-the-name?forum=transactsql but log using the same credentials as your application is using. For every expert, there is an equal and opposite expert. - Becker's Law My blog Marked as answer by Iric WenModerator Monday, May 14, 2012 7:13 AM Tuesday, May 01, 2012 1:22 PM Reply | Quote Moderator All replies 1 Sign in to vote You could create a database called 'databasename'.. :) Howare yougenerating the error? You can query sys.databases for a list of databases on the server. Check that it exists and troubleshoot from there.. So your script could be re-written as: if
