The installation fails with error code 0XD59 Expert: DRobertson replied6 years ago. Ok, thank you for the info - the more the better! It looks like your Anti-virus and/or other security software is stopping the install. Go into your security software and disable it. Do this until your done with the install. Then do a normal shut-down and the install should be ok.If not, let me know and I will be more then happy to help more with this. Ask Your Own Computer Question Customer: replied6 years ago. I have Norton Security. I am not sure what to turn off. I tried the firewall, but the update still did not instal Expert: DRobertson replied6 years ago. If memory serves, right click the Norton icon down by the time and choose disable (may say shut-down). If I remember right, it will ask you for how long. Choose until next reboot. Then try the download and install.Let me know how this goes

If so, plesae goto the driver or folder, change the compress option by Properties -> Advanced and unticked the “Compress contents to save disk space” checkbox. After above things, you should be able to start the service again. share|improve this answer answered Sep
