We will consider it for the next version.ThanksSreekar (on behalf of Alokp) Posted by Microsoft on 7/31/2007 at 10:47 AM Hello,Thanks for reporting this issue. Renaming the database (or any object) to change the case of the letters should work even in a case-insensitive collation. We are processing this bug. In the meantime, you can use an alternative to rename the database directly (instead of going to Management Studio) by -ALTER DATABASE DM_ISB10july07 MODIFY NAME = DM_ISB10July07Regards,Sameer Verkhedkar SQL Server Engine[MSFT] Posted by DBA Dude on 7/10/2007 at 7:08 AM This is mos resources Windows Server 2012 resources Programs MSDN subscriptions Overview Benefits Administrators Students Microsoft Imagine Microsoft https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt750266.aspx Student Partners ISV Startups TechRewards Events Community Magazine Forums Blogs Channel 9 Documentation APIs and reference Dev centers Samples Retired content We’re sorry.
