I think he is going to enable rpc sql server 2012 be great programmer. He worked in my organization for more than 8 months. I finally have decided to coach him myself. When I encountered sql server rpc this error, I gave him task to figure this out himself. I absolutely gave him no direction and very few min to fix this problem. As you might have guessed without using internet help (as there is no msg 7411 level 16 state 1 line 1 server is not configured for data access help online available for this error) he found the solution.Go to ServerInstance and follow next two diagrams. They are self-explanatory.
