Miscellaneous Question 0 Sign in to vote When I am trying to add TCP/IP port in Add printer wizard it gives the message Error Loading the TCP cannot load wizard pages for standard tcp/ip port MIB Library" error Friday, October 31, 2014 7:56 AM Reply | Quote All replies 0 Sign in to vote Hi, This behavior may occur if a third-party version of the Wsnmp32.dll, Ntprint.dll, Tcpmib.dll, Mgmtapi.dll, or Snmpapi.dll file has been copied to the %SystemRoot% folder. To resolve this behavior, rename or delete these file in the %SystemRoot% folder. These files are taking precedence over the Microsoft-supplied file in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder.Karen Hu TechNet Community Support

The problem generally occurs if another version is in %SystemRoot%. These override the defaults and can cause problems. If you rename the problem .dlls in %SystemRoot%, the ones in %SystemRoot%/System32 should get loaded. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/261302 So, do the following: * Check to see if any of the following problem DLL files are present in C:\WINDOWS: Wsnmp32.dll, Ntprint.dll, Tcpmib.dll, Mgmtapi.dll, or Snmpapi.dll * If any of them are present, rename them. * Make sure that files with those names are present in C:\WINDOWS\System32. If not, you will need to restore them from somewhere. * Reboot your computer. 0 Message Author Closing Comment by:fawbbe012008-12-15 Your description on what to do and where to look was the best i found anywhere; better than the Microsoft support site.
