I ask a computer tech, Donald, here at school that suggested I try the steps on other computers in the lab but got the same result. Let's run QuickBooks as Administrator. Here's how:Right click on QuickBooks program icon on your desktop and choose “Run as Administrator“.Open the company file again and we'll see if it will open. Use Task Manager and close ALL copies of QuickBooks and then start QuickBooks by right clicking the shortcut then choose Open.
