Get into the home screen by making a single press on ‘Home' button. Select ‘Settings' unknown error occurred icon from the group of icons visible there and tap over it once. When the settings list appears on the screen, hit ‘General' option from it. Toggle the switch near ‘iTunes Wi-Fi sync' label into ‘OFF' mode. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button afterwards and slide the slider appears on the screen which will turn off your iPad. Start it up again by holding down the same button until you can view the Apple Logo on the screen. Restart your PC and try to sync your iPad again.
