Operating on Windows XP. It worked fine when I first updated iTunes. Now I get an error message that says "Error 0xE8000001 iTunes could not connect the iPhone because of an unknown error". Okay...I don't have an iPhone. It's the iPod Touch. Is there a setting that needs to be changed? I've gone back to the factory default settings on the iPod and that didn't seem to do the trick. I updated iTunes again and no luck. I'm worried. Anybody else have this issue? Thanks...and happy holidays! 12-25-2007, 09:58 PM #2 DerekVOF Veteran Lounger Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Back Home In Indiana Posts: 2,710 permalink I haven't, but I found this on another board...
