Open iTunes while your iPod is plugged in. You will see the tabs across: Summary, Info, Music etc. Select the music tab, and where it displays "sync music", un-select that and hit apply in the bottom right. Your music will be saved on the computer. Once sync is complete, go back and re-check the music sync option Check for more about that on here. Hope this helps, good luck. Was this answer helpful?
