I've tried restarting the computer multiple times, also tried rebooting the phone... nothing works. suggestions? Tried it for so many times, and it keeps giving me the same error - Network connection timed out 3295. Finally, what I did was disabled my security protection, then tried to update unknown error it again. It took about less than 30 minutes to update and back-up everything, but it was successfully upgraded. See if that works with you as well.
