Anyone else had this Thanks 01-21-2009, 06:40 PM #2 Sparkee Veteran Lounger Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Saskatchewan, Canada Posts: 5,706 permalink Make sure you have a good strong network connection. I receive similar errors (can't remember the exact codes) when connected to some poor wifi networks at some Motels I frequent. The error pops up if I have trouble keeping the connection or my laptop is "bouncing" between 2 access points. If the laptop switches access points when downloading an error will occur and the download will stop. You may also see the same type of error if you are wired into the network and either have a slow connection or there is something saturating the bandwith killing the internet connection temporarily. If you can't fix the network you can try removing the check at the bottom of the Downloads window in iTunes for "Allow simultaneous downloads" to limit them to one at a time which can alleviate some of the stress on the network which may help. 64GB iPad 3, 64GB iPhone 5s, 1G 16GB touch, 4G

Tried it for so many times, and it keeps giving me the same error - Network connection timed out 3295. Finally, what I did was disabled my security protection, then tried to update it again. It took about less than 30 minutes to update and back-up everything, but it was successfully upgraded. See if that works with you as well.
