Outlook 2013 Error 0x80040600
I get whenever I open user's AD account in Azure AD in O365. O365 does not assign exchange online mailbox to this account due to this error message. Pkakaie

Find the user in the Exchange Admin center, check if more info is displayed there. Or, do it via PowerShell - run Get-User, Get-Mailbox, Get-Recipient, etc against outlook 2010 error 0x80040600 the object and watch for any yellow lines in the output.
