I typed in ftp>open 192.xxx.x.xxx (my IP address). I got an error message: connect :Unknown error number. Even with the firewall and Kaspersky disabled, the unknown error problem continues.I then installed the Filezilla client (not the Server), but still could not connect.I have looked over the computer to make sure all ftp options were checked. This included checking the “ftp” in the Internet Information Services under Window Components. (I do note that under Administrative Tools, the ISS does not show up).Is there anywhere else in the computer that could be causing the problem or an option that I should ftp connect unknown investigate?Help is appreciated. You'll only get a response if you have a FTP server running on the target machine. _________________### BEGIN SIGNATURE BLOCK ###No support requests per PM! So if you want to share files you have to install a FTP server, yes. _________________### BEGIN SIGNATURE BLOCK ###No support requests per PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!FTP
