W: GPG error: ftp://debian.uchicago.edu testing InRelease: Unknown error executing gpgv W: GPG error: ftp://debian.uchicago.edu testing InRelease: Unknown error executing gpgv Didn't find any solutions on the net. May be there is someone here, who can help? Seems like this is a problem with corrupted downloads. PMI've been running kubuntu 12.04 for a few months now on a Samsung Chronos 7 laptop. It has recently (3-5 weeks?) become https://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-2035793.html impossible to install updates or new software using muon package manager or update manager. All attempts end with the error message: The following errors occurred while applying changes: Error: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127 Similar problems occur with apt-get or aptitude on the command line. sudo apt-get update returns [various package lines] Reading package unknown error lists...
