Mail in the morning the following error message retiurns : "There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar Service. If error persists, check to see theres an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative". I see that at leat 2 other people have the same problem. It seems to be a common concern. Is there any way to remedy htis situation? I cannot rely on it anymore. I've already lost all my appointments once in a similar situation. When I go online it says "Windows Calendar is not available" If that's the case shouldn't there be an e-mail to that effect.? Thanks for your time and cooperation. skyzyk skyzyk, Jan 27, 2009 #1 Advertisements ...winston Guest In most cases this appears to be a server related issue. If a local problem, deleting one's Calendar folder may rectify the issue. -- ...winston ms-mvp mail "skyzyk" <> wrote in message news:... > Every time I open up Windows Live Mail in the morning the following error > message retiurns : "There was an error when attempting to connect to > the Windows Live Calendar Service. If error persists, check to see theres > an > upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service > representative". > > I see that at leat 2 other people have the same problem. So you mean, delete the current calendar(s) and then recreate it and it should work? A bit of a pain since I've entered all kinds of information already.
