Sep 24, 2010 Flag Post #1 Share Niyamath Khan Guest Which version of Outlook connector is installed on the computer? Are you able to send and receive windows live email account in Outlook? You may try to remove the account and re-add the MSN email account to check if this helps. Sep 24, 2010 Flag Post #2 Share Centurain Guest I have the same problem with Outlook 2007 and Vista. I have the latest OLC vers 14.051*. Thsi problem seems to be all over but no one seems to have an answer or even care that this is an issue. It is making Outlook and Hotmail to windows live completely unreliable. If there is no solution, please let us know so that we can migrate to other solutions. Google Calendar seems to be doing okay without any of these issues. Oct 2, 2010 Flag Post #3 Share Ezil Vinoth Guest Follow the steps below: 1) Remove the Hotmail account from Outlook. Mail in the morning the following error message retiurns : "There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar Service. If error persists, check to see theres an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative". I see that at leat 2 other people have the same problem. It seems to be a common concern. Is there any way to remedy htis situation? I cannot rely on it anymore. I've already lost all my appointments once in a similar situation. When I go online it says "Windows Calendar is not available" If that's the case shouldn't there be an e-mail to that effect.? Thanks for your time and cooperation. skyzyk skyzyk, Jan 27, 2009 #1 Advertisements ...winston Guest In most cases this appears to be a server related issue. So you mean, delete the current calendar(s) and then recreate it and it should work? A bit of a pain since I've entered all kinds of information already.
