Windows Update Error Code 80070641
with code 80070641, code 641, code 80070005 Windows 7 IT Pro > windows update error code 646 Windows 7 Installation, Setup, and Deployment Question 0 Sign in to vote I'm havinghard time with Windows windows update error code 66a update from past few weeks today so I thought I would post this. Whenever I try to update on tuesday from last few weeks, I'm receiving following errors
Windows Update Encountered An Unknown Error Code 641
even after multiple restarts. Error(s) found: Code 80070641, Code 641 and Code 80070005. Any help will be appreciated. My system is Vista SP 2. My updates have been failures since April 21, 2012. The Windows update screen shows the error codes as 641 and 80070641. The Windows Update icon is continually on the taskbar. The shutdown icon continually has an icon within it for installs updates and then shutdowns the computer. My new hard drive is a 1 TB Seagate (7200 RPM). Error Code 80070641 and Code 641 using Vista*are the two error coes I'm receiving.
