are unable to open and read messages that have been signed if their mail file DOES dominoes pizza access denied NOT contain a Notes ID. Steps to Reproduce: *NOTE - in step one, during registration, create a Notes ID for the user but you don't have permission to access "http://www.dominos.co.uk/" on this server. DO NOT choose the "In mail file" option. 1.) Register a new user with new mail file (it does not matter which mail template is used as long as Domino version is 8.5.1) 2.) Send a signed email http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/0/db9509ebd6e8f5c385257337006acda5?OpenDocument to the user 3.) Log into iNotes using the new user's username and password 4.) Try to open the signed email sent to the user in step two. If you used the mail85.ntf template with Forms85.nsf, you should see an error in the iNotes console similar to this: "Error encountered retrieving data: Bad HTTP status: 500 (Internal Server Error)" If you used the iNotes6.ntf with Forms6.nsf or if you replace the design of the mail file http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1LO46647 to iNotes6.ntf, restart HTTP, and then log back into iNotes with user's username and password, you will see this error: If you upload the user's Notes ID to the mail file, you will then be able to open and read signed messages. In any release prior to Domino 8.5.1, users ARE able to open and read signed emails even if their mail file DOES NOT contain a Notes ID. Domino versions tested, with no issues: -6.5.6 -7.0.2 -7.0.2FP2 -8.0.2FP2 -8.5 Local fix Upload users' Notes ID to the mail file or downgrade to a release prior to Domino 8.5.1 Problem summary A programming error was found and will be corrected in a future release. I then created an XPage, and in it I modified the onClientLoad event, adding this client javascript code: alert("Hola");. When I preview the XPage on the browser, I get an HTTP 500 internal server error. The error on the pizza access denied server's log is this one: 26/06/2013 12:54:27 HTTP JVM: SEVERE: CLFAD####E: Exception thrown 26/06/2013 12:54:27 HTTP JVM: SEVERE: CLFAD####E: Exception occurred servicing request for: /Pruebajs.nsf/prueba.xsp - HTTP Code: 500 26/06/2013 12:54:27 HTTP Web Server: Command Not Handled Exception [/Pruebajs.nsf/prueba.xsp] If I preview the same XPage on the Notes Client, the javascript code is run successfully. I then created a similar application in my local machine instead of in the server, and the javascript code is run successfully, both in the web browser and the Notes client. So it looks like some kind of configuration issue in our Domino server (maybe authorizations?), but we do not know where to look. javascript xpages lotus-notes lotus-domino share|improve this question edited Jun 26 '13 at 11:16 user1082944 asked Jun 26 '13 at 11:11 Carlos Munoz-Juste 72 2 Not sure, but could be a signage issue. Does the person who signed the XPage have server permissions to run code? –Aaron Brake Jun 26 '13 at 11:16 3 In Domino Designer go to Application Properties > XPages (tab) check Display XPage runtime error page. This would give you more details. –Naveen Jun 26 '13 at 11:20 3 stack
