The server admin had upgraded the Exchnage Server From 2003 to exchange 2007. I have a very little to none Knowledge of ASP/Vb.(Programming) 550 5.1.1 recipient address rejected I update the ip address of this application. and it is not sending any email. if the old exchange server is on it sends email straight away. I have total 3 ASP appliation running on this server. And they have nearly same logic to each other. The other 2 applications send an email after the ip address update but this one is not sending an email. Also this application takes long time to process the the page to send an email. and after that emails is not going anywhere. I cant find any logging about the error not sending email. Here is the Logic of sending email: <% Function EmailSend(strTo, strSubject, strBody) Dim JMail If (blnEmail) Then Set JMail = Server.CreateObject ("JMail.SMTPMail") JMail.ServerAddress = "10.1.1.184" ' Specify a valid SMTP server JMail.Sender = "forms@foo.com" ' Specify sender's address 'strTo = "abcd@foo.com" JMail.AddRecipient strTo 'JMail.AddRecipientBCC "auditforms@foo.com" jMail.Subject = strSubject JMail.Priority = 3 JMail.Body = strBody On Error Resume Next JMail.Execute Set jmail = Nothing

How can I fix this? joomla-3.x upgrade joomla-mail share|improve this question edited Apr 8 at 15:39 asked Apr 7 at 15:21 mavrosxristoforos 380215 add a comment| 2 Answers 2 active oldest votes up vote 16 down vote accepted Answer for Users: If you are getting this error because you are using some extension that sends emails, please visit the developer page, and first make sure you are using the latest version. If you are 100% sure that you are using the latest version, but still getting this error, you should contact the developer and ask them about this error. Sending them a link to this page, may help the developer to fix this error. If you consider yourself experienced enough with PHP, you may try to patch the code on your own, using the "answer for developers", below. Please note that this will not be a permanent solution, but just a "patch", until the developer issues a new version. Answer for Developers: Joomla 3.5.1 enables PHPMailer's exceptions by default. Thus errors that were previously hidden show up. One case where this shows now is with the addReplyTo function. In Joomla 2.5 addReplyTo had an array parameter. Beginning with Joomla 3.0 (yes, back in 2012) Joomla's JMail function changed to not handle arrays differently than string parameters. Thu
