logs in, the following error appears in the Web browser: "Error 500 HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - You are not listed as a trusted server." If the Domino Web Access Redirect database resides on the same server as the user's mail file, then this error does not occur. This same problem can occur in Domino 6.5.5; dominos website doesn t work however, for that version the error message reads "You are not authorized to use the server." Answer This error occurs if a field that controls access is not set appropriately. The "Trusted servers" field controls access for servers acting on a user's behalf. Due to changes in the Domino Web Access Redirect database in Domino 6.5.5 and Domino 7, it is required that this field be set appropriately. To correct the problem, open the Server document for the mail server when the Web users mail files reside. Under "Security - Trusted servers," add the name of the server where the Domino Web Access Redirect database resides. Restart the mail server. the following error: "Error 500: Unknown OS error." However, a new copy or new replica of the same database can be accessed by the browser without error. http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21250177 Resolving the problem This error occurs when the database has been set as "Out of Service" in the Manage Clusters option under Tools/Database when using the Domino Administrator client. If this "Out of service" option is set the database is not accessible when using HTTP, but it is available for cluster failover. To correct the http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21207310 problem, the database should be returned to service. To do so, place the database on a clustered server if it is not already (the server may be the only server in the "cluster" if it is not currently in a true cluster). Using the Domino Administrator client, Select Files tab; select the database; select Tools/Database; select Cluster, then click option for "In Service". Click OK to complete the change. This error has been seen in cases where the server was not a member of a cluster, in that case it may require making a new copy of the database to resolve the issue. But is this server or the client computer having a timezone problem. In the united states last sunday was the traditional daylight saving time (DST) change. Now DST is next Sunday (I realize you are in the EU). I wonder if the server or the client did not have the timezone patch loaded. This would cause a time difference and SSL to fail. This is only an idea. If you check the clock on the server and the client to ensure they are the same. -geo 0 Jalapeno OP Barbara981 Nov 2, 2011 at 6:06 UTC Hi Geo, we had the time changed between Saturday and Sunday, the problem appears between Sunday and Monday and the user told me that the time wa
