Application Virtualization Client Could Not LaunchHornbeckFebruary 13, 20133 0 0 0 Hello everyone, John Behneman here, application virtualization client service is not running and today I wanted to tell you about an interesting App-V issue I ran into the other error 1114 a dynamic link library (dll) initialization routine failed day and what we did to fix it. Friday, December 17, 2010 7:37 AM Reply | Quote Answers 1 Sign in to vote @serdar-- I was getting an error while installing APP-V client after the installation of McAfee through the SCCM TS. the code was 80070643. it get solved when position was changed. McAfee, i think block some ports which the APP-V Client uses. Hence it will reduce the functionality of the APP-V Client. I think it's same like declaring an environment variable before the installation of the APP-V Client. The variable doesnot works if declared after installing APP-V Client.
