In the past I've seen this error corresponding with 40961 however I'm just seeing 40960 lsasrv 40960 automatically locked this time. This has been happening for about 2 days and happening every 9 minutes or so. These are exchange servers running windows server 2003 sp2. There are no known mail flow https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/824217 issues. I am looking for some methods on why this is happening. I would be surprised if a reboot fixed it. I've seen this in the past and creating a reverse zone cleared up the issue.
