Occasionally, reporting services will change your parameter types to string. This is sooooo annoying, and normally fails when you view, but in this case, it took my parameters (date/time) that were already in the parameter boxes (I am altering an

I just happened to see that there were no calendar boxes next to the parameters on my web server. ^%$£"$%^&*&%£$%^&(*&^%$ is all I can say - this has wasted 2 hours of my time. So I think the Parameter 3 is not taking more than 2 values. The problem is with the data and the dataset queries. You should run the query behind dataset 2 and determine what the 3 values are that start giving you trouble. Inspect if those values are in fact of the correct data type (the type of your parameter). Quite possibly one of the values is "430.2" whereas the type of your parameter is INT. If that doesn't work, then you should execute your query behind dataset 3 so that the parameter in the WHERE myval IN (@Param3) bit

When I get this error the most common reason is the query is hitting a deadlock.
