I have newly installed 9iAS and forms 9i. The services are running but when frm 40010 cannot read form in oracle apps I request a form to run on the Browser, It shows "9iAS followed by Applet Started" then comes up with "FRM-40010 cannot read form xxxx.fmx". Running the sample test.fmx file does the same. I had the same problem: FRM-40010. I am using Form 10.1.2 and I added the path of myform.fmx directory to the default.env file as directed, which solved my problem. When I recompile fmb file some people have problem when they try to launch the form error is unable to open fmx file. “FRM-40010: Cannot read form /…./…./….fmx” Some of them but not everyone. I mean most of users do not have any problems. After I recompile fmb once again some of people that before had that problem they do not have it anymore bus some of people that didn’t have that problem are unable to launch the form.
