The last couple of days I have been getting an error that says connection error. It happens all day long. When it does connect it shows the same messages I read earlier as not read. My Bionic is stock and have not downloaded any third http://www.droidforums.net/threads/aol-mail-problems.205244/ party apps. Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it? Thanks #1 tpearson25, Apr 11, 2012 dags5000 Member Joined: Sep 28, 2011 Messages: 202 Likes Received: 5 Trophy Points: 18 Ratings: +5 Aol is ancient. I'm not sure about AOL's settings but for Gmail, you have to enable the connection error android access in the settings section. Worth a try, poking around settings AOL Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) - imap.aol.com (port 143) AOL Outgoing Mail Server - smtp.aol.com or use your local ISP SMTP mail server Share Share this post on Digg Twitter Share on Facebook Reddit!
