stop working. I use Vuze only on a Mac Desktop, OS 10.8.5. Latest Vuze 5.6.2. I posted this thread on the Community Open Pages but no one has replied with any possible solutions, so thought I need to post in this forum regarding connecxtion and download problems. After I updated to 5.4.0.0. none of my dl is working anymore. All of them are showing the same issue: "Connection error (Network not enabled for url 'blah')", where "blah" http://forum.vuze.com/Thread-PLEASE-HELP-Vuze-suddenly-stopped-working-All-Red-Faces-and-Connection-Error is the URL of the individual tracker (e.g. udp://open.demonii.com:1337). I did not change any of my configurations, it is not a firewall issue, since I already tried to deactivate it and my router ain't the problem either. Anyone came across that as well? Any ideas? Don't want to change any perimeters here as yet as there must be a software issue here. Any ideas? It sounds as if somehow the 'Public' network has become disabled in your Vuze. The default enabled networks can be amended via Tools->Options->Connection - look towards the bottom (you may need to set your Mode to intermediate/advanced in the Mode section) Existing torrents will need fixing by right-clicking on them (multi-select if required) and selecting the Advanced->Networks menu option Find darkeyce Fresh Torrenter Posts: 1 Threads: 0 Joined: Aug 2014 Reputation: 0 #4 08-18-2014, 10:57 PM (This post was last modified: 08-19-2014, 06:27 AM by darkeyce.) I'm seeing the same behavior. This has nothing to do with Public networks. I've never used them and since the 5.4.0.0 update i have the offline - connection error(network not enabled). Is there a way to rollback to the previous version? Update: I installed 5.3.0.0 over the 5.4.0.0 version. Problem still exists however, i was able to get torrents to process by added public networks. In 5.4 adding public networks did not r

I'm getting "waiting to scrape" or "Scrape Error: Timeout" messages under "tracker status"? And https://forum.hidemyass.com/index.php/topic/7517-how-to-use-bittorrent-with-vpn-ip-only-no-firewall-config-easy/ when I queue to download a file I get either "Connection Error" or "OK (DHT/Backup only)" or "OK". But nothing is downloading or "no data received". I've been an avid user right from the very beginning, but connection error can't use my old registration and can't make a new one to stick. When log out and return, I need to register again! That is nothing to worry about if DHT is working. Find Reply GuestGuest Unregistered vuze connection error #3 Jul 18, 2014, 13:15 pm The tracker(s) seem to be working, but Vuze using dht.aelitis.com is not. Does that mean I need to have a new Client or do I need to renew the Vuze installation? Reply kjf Last Active: Feb 09, 2015 Threads: 18 Posts: 2,041 Reputation: 11 #4 Jul 18, 2014, 13:33 pm If DHT isn't working, then chances are it is blocked from making UDP connections. Be sure your firewall is allowing outgoing UDP connections. This would also be the reason you can't connect to some trackers. Also, as a Vuze user, you should install the mlDHT plugin, which is available through the Installation Wizard in the Plugins menu. The above still applies. Find Reply GuestGuest Unregistered #5 Jul 18, 2014, 14:10 pm Got it! and THANK YOU.. Just for the heck of it I downloaded uTorrent. It is working, but I am not sure I like it. I think I will fix Vuze and keep using it. After all I've been using Azureus since the "Shareza" days! and am bit nostalgic.. Regards and have a nice time! Bram PS: I registered again and still not getting the activation mail, even though I tried several times to resend it. To reply to this or thread I need to log out. Why it logs me i
