Cause System pointing to the wrong DSN. Resolving the problem This error indicates that the DSN for the ODBC connection used by Gentran:Server for Windows is not using a SQL Server or Oracle ODBC driver. The Standards database (Standards.mdb) uses the Microsoft Jet ODBC. Go into Control Panel > ODBC Data sources. Confirm that a Microsoft Access driver User DSN is pointing to the Standards.mdb. The System DSN should be the SQL Server driver DSN that points to the GentranDatabase. If you are using Oracle, verify in Gentran System Confiiguration on the System tab, that the ODBC Data Source DSN is using the Oracle Driver and on the Audit/Notification tab- Server, that the ODBC Data Source DSN is using the Microsoft driver for Audit Notification.
