I sometime have had to end task nine times to complete shutdown. I am using XP for an operating system. It's a diagnostic tool that techs can use to troubleshoot connection problems on your line. After you have connected to the Internet the Agent uploads the quality of service information to youre ISP. Information is collected by the Agent as well as the location(s) to which that information is delivered. Is it a necessary app? No it's not necessary at all.
