Now it comes up every time I close an Internet Explorer window. I use Internet Explorer 8 and have Microsoft Windows XP. I was told to uninstall the Google toolbar but that hasn't made a difference. I've also tried re-setting Internet Explorer to it's default settings but that has also not made a difference. I have also tried uninstalling IE8 but had the same problem with IE7, reinstalling IE8 also made no difference.
