This happens about every 10 - 20 minutes even when im not really using the pages. What can i do to fix this? Now it comes up every time I close an Internet Explorer window. I use Internet Explorer 8 and have Microsoft Windows XP. I was told to uninstall the Google toolbar but that hasn't made a difference.
