If you have an alternate source to connect online with, like a hotspot, I would try that just to see if it works. If it does then there is something wrong with your internet connection. This site doesn't lead anywhere. I was wondering what the cause of this is becuase I don't think i've done any thing wrong to be banned or anything and my friends can play. I've found out it takes 5 mins - 48 hours for it to stop happening and its been 7 days. Recently I had my service changed, we got a modem for our TV, as it was getting upgraded to HD with a new package. We also got a new NetGear router, and I am able to connect to the internet (durr.) We get our internet through Comcast, if that makes any difference. My brother is also having the same problem on his computer with D2.
