I keep reading the same, the sentence in quotes above. My question is how exactly is this done? Before all that though - what mode should I use to rip all of the contents of the DVD to the HD using Decrypter - File or ISO mode? I use CloneDvd2 to burn. Thanks. Open up My Computer, right click on the DVD drive with the movie in it and select the option names "Decrypt DVD" near the top. This will automatically select the right format to work with DVD Shrink. Hope that helps, Tom Originally Posted by MoviesBx " Try ripping to your HDD with DVDDecrypter firtst, then feed that into DVDShrink." I keep reading the same, the sentence in quotes above. Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read the file "D:\" Data error (cyclic redundancy check). I guess these few http://www.sega-16.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-12016.html DVD's just have some extra security features that jam up the ripping http://www.mundodivx.org/foro/index.php?topic=9806.0 process! Anyone familiar w/ this problem??? Disney movies seem to always do this. At the moment I was trying to rip Twilight (which I rented for my girlfriend), and it gave me that same error message. ^ 64k06-03-2010, 04:34 PMTwilight! well thats why it error'd the PC has better taste than dvd shrink your misses. I ALWAYS immediately rip my DVDs and BluRays so that I can play them on the computer and skip the damn commercials. If I want commercials, I'll watch public TV. If you dvd shrink 3.2 have kids, it's even more imperative that you rip your DVDs and BluRays - the kids WILL destroy any disc you let them play within a few days. One time, I found the damn disc ON THE EFFIN ROOF!!! evildragon06-03-2010, 07:13 PMI usually use DVDFab to get around what DVD Shrink doesn't get.. Then if fab can't do it, there's another utility, but I don't like it and forget the name. It's on my laptop and I can check though. Normally yes. But I've seen some recent DVD's with improper filesystems, as it shows the DVD as like 90GB in size or something like that, which is impossible. Entonces surge el error: DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
