Sometimes it will unlock himself. If it doesnt, I just restart all of the workstations and that usually solves the problem. This really a problem when you are using table management because you can`t even delete the order. It remains open at that table or bar stool. Then we can't do anything and have to restart the computer. and for the rest of the night we can't do anything with the order (void, pay, reopen).
