I faced Below error when I was trying to start listener in my Windows machine :- C:\Users\NewAdmin>lsnrctl start LSNRCTL for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production on 01-SEP-2014 21:40:10 Copyright (c) 1991, 2010, tns-12560 message 12560 not found Oracle. I started off by wiping Oracle completely and kicked off the install again. The install goes error 0 smoothly, but does not create the Listener. I've been trying to use netca to create it myself.
