Suddenly one of my laptops will not access the internet. I have a network connection and it's strong but no internet. The desktop and other laptop can access the internet just fine. The last thing I installed on the problem laptop was the Blackberry application. But the internet access worked after installation last week. I just lost internet access just a few days ago. I even tried uninstalling the Blackberry application but it still did not restore internet access. I ran diagnostic on the connection and here's what I got:HTTP, HTTPS, FTP connectivity warn FTP (Passive): Error 12029 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com: A connection with the server could not be established warn HTTP: Error 12029 connecting to www.microsoft.com: A connection with the server could not be established warn HTTPS: Error 12029 connecting to www.microsoft.com: A connection with the server could not be established warn FTP (Active): Error 12029 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com: A connection with the server could not

It is hit and miss, mostly miss. I am set up with a Motorola modem connected to a belkin router. That is wired to the computer having problems. As I use a borrowed laptop, the wireless connections seem to have no trouble at all. It is the same with the Wii Netflix connections; all work fine. Ive tried browsing in both Firefox and Explorer; same problem. When the computer is first started, or sometimes restarted, it seems to work for a brief time, but then stops responding. It acts like all links are broken in firefox. Explorer just says it is unable to display the webpage. When I run the connection diagnostic, it says that there are problems with the winsock catalogs. This was the log from the last diagnostic attempt.
