I tried then to sync my iPod with my new computer and got a slew of error messages including songs not being present and it eventually would do a temporary freeze of just my iTunes, other programs still ran fine, and would end with "unable to sync" error message 1303. Tried to update itunes, and ipod software, restarted my computer, restored my ipod multiple times, even tried to removed "enable disk use" and "manage music manually" to no avail. Can someone please tell me what else I can do?? 07-27-2011, 04:33 PM #2 musiclover92 Reclined Lounger Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Ok Posts: 309 permalink Did you check the physical locations of music files? Do they play fine in iTunes? I've had something similar happen because the locations of files wasn't exactly in iTunes, after getting a new computer.
