Solution: There are two methods to disable NIER.To disable NIER for a single application you http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/6292C6721FE8B11386256FDB007B9D63 need to use an ini token.NIER=FalseFor example, to disable NIER from sending reports for LabVIEW you need to add the token to the LabVIEW.ini file. This will allow other applications to use NIER.If you wish to completely disable NIER on http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/368F508D3FAE0242862578D400770616 a system you will need to stop the service from running. Go to Start»Run Type msconfig In the System Configuration Utility go to the Startup tab Disable the Entry NIER_SERVER. There will be two entries if you have both LabVIEW 32-bit and LabVIEW 64-bit installed.
